Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Provide in‑home physical therapy focused on mobility, strength, balance, and safe movement. Our PTs complete clinical assessments, develop goal‑aligned interventions within the plan of care, and work closely with patients to promote confidence and functional progress in familiar home environments.

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)

Provide in‑home occupational therapy that supports safe, confident engagement in daily activities. Our OTs complete functional assessments, develop goal‑aligned interventions within the plan of care, and guide patients in using adaptive techniques and tools to promote comfort, coordination, and greater ease in everyday routines.

Home Health Aide (HHA)

Provide hands‑on support with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks to help clients remain safe and comfortable at home. Our HHAs offer steady, respectful assistance with bathing, grooming, mobility, and meal preparation, all while fostering a calm, dignified environment that supports each person’s unique needs.

Deaf Services Specialist

Provide communication‑focused support for Deaf clients in their homes and communities. Team members use clear, accessible methods—such as ASL, visual cues, and adaptive communication tools—to assist with daily routines and promote comfort, understanding, and meaningful connection in familiar environments.
